Copyright Transfer to the Publisher

The Authors have submitted the Paper to the Publisher for publication in the Journal. If the Paper will be published in the Journal, the following agreement will be valid. The Authors transfer the copyright of the Paper to the Publisher. This copyright includes the worldwide publishing of the Paper in all forms and media. The Publisher receives the right to transfer the copyright to any third parties.

Non-Exclusive Copyright for the Authors

With this agreement the Authors retain a non-exclusive copyright on the Paper.

Authors’ declaration
The Authors declare that the Paper is the Authors’ original work and that they have the right to use all parts of the Paper, including all figures, for this purpose. It is in the Authors’ responsibility to determine whether disclosure of their material requires the prior consent of other parties and, if so, to obtain it. The Authors acknowledge that statements and opinions in the Paper are the expression of the Authors and the responsibility for the content of the published Paper rests upon the Authors, not the Publisher.

General Terms
The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any damage or expense that may arise in the event of a breach of any of the warranties set fourth above. In the event that the above Paper is not accepted and not published by the Publisher or is withdrawn by one of the Authors before acceptance by the Publisher, this agreement shall become null and void. For jointly authored Paper: all authors should sign, or one of the authors should sign as authorised agent for the others.

U.S. Government Employee Certification (where applicable)

This will certify that all authors of the Paper are U.S. government employees and prepared the Paper on a subject within the scope of their official work. As such the Paper is not subject to U.S. copyright protection.

Crown Copyright Certification (where applicable)

This will certify that all authors of the Paper are employees of the British or British Commonwealth government and prepared the Paper in connection with their official duties. As such, the Paper is subject to Crown Copyright and is not assigned to the Publisher as set in forth in the third sentence of the Paragraph A above. The undersigned acknowledges, however, that the Publisher has the right to publish, distribute and reprint the Paper in all forms and media and to transfer these rights to any third parties
